Noodles : the Pho is named from the flat rice noodles that added to the froth.
The froth is made from various parts of the beef, herbs and spices. It is cooked for several hours.
Meat choice : the beef, in the Pho, can be lean flank, fatty flank or brisket. Each customer can choose the parts he likes.
Finally, young onions are added to the preparation.
