Do you now Ghee ?
Not this guy, not Guy, Ghee = clarified butter = butter without its proteins and water = pure fat, like oil.
This is Indian, and you know in India, everything you eat is also a medecine.
Ghee has an interesting smell, in my opinion it smells of caramel. It can be used for cooking and to add taste to soups for example. I have used some today for baking muffins and it tastes great.

Once it is ready you will see it that after a while it is not liquidic anymore, and this is normal. When the tempeature is lower than about 18 degrees, the ghee gets solid.
